The Hotel Reserves the right to release the bookings, without prior intimation in case of non-payment within 24 Hrs of written confirmation. All full payments should be made in favour of Dolphin Hotels Pvt Limited, payable at Hyderabad in cash/cheque / DD (ICICI Bank A/C. No. 030405001981, Vanasthalipuram Branch Hyderabad).
A maximum no. of 2 Adults & 2 Children (Under 12 yrs) are permitted to share the room, subject to the additional charges for children between (6 to 12 years) age group. Also, note that a maximum of one extra mattress can be provided in the room at an additional cost.
Given Security reasons, you are requested to carry an original Photo Identity Card ( Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Aadhar Card ). The Hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation in the absence of the same.
Valid Passport & Stamped Visa Copy to submit while arrival for all Foreign National's.
This confirmation Voucher is valid only when it is carried with the original receipt of Dolphin Hotels Pvt Limited. In case of bookings through a Travel Agency, kindly carry the original Hotel Reservation voucher issued by the agency.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 3 days will be fully refunded,
No refund for any cancellation within 3 days of any arrival date.
No cancellation or amendment will be applicable within 3 days of the arrival date.

Package rates are subject to change at management's discretion, without prior notice, unless confirmed with the advance amount.
For continuation of stay subject to the availability of room(s), the usual per night Hotel tariff will be applicable as for a fresh reservation. For example, a night stay extended for one more night will not be considered as a night package.
The hotel doesn't guarantee to fulfil the choice of room(s) mentioned in terms of type of Bed(s) and position of the room(s). There shall not be any compensation or refunds made in such cases.

Full-day room tariff would be applicable for late checkouts beyond 2 hrs.
No outside eatables, drinks or liquor are allowed into the hotel.
Pets are not allowed inside the Hotel premises.
Location: Ramoji Film City is located on Hyderabad – Vijayawada National Highway 9 approx 38 Km from Hyderabad / Secunderabad Railway Station and 52 Km from Hyderabad International Airport. We also provide local transport on a chargeable basis. You may book your local transport at the time of room booking or may contact the concerned Manager a minimum of 24 Hrs Before your arrival, by providing your reservation details.
In the event of any force major occurrence, including any public disorder, fires, wars/natural calamities epidemic/strikes and lockout, any of the governmental or semi-governmental regulations preventing performance hereunder, shall render impossible or hinder or delay the performance of any obligation hereunder, the failure of the affected party so affected to perform such obligation shall not be regarded as a failure to comply with this agreement, and upon performance may be suspended to the extent of and for the duration of such occurrence and failure of the hotel in any way the performance of any of the agreed upon services and activities, due to any of the above-mentioned occurrences, the Hotel shall not be liable, as they are out of its control for which, the Hotel is not responsible for.
All disputes are subject to Ranga Reddy's Jurisdiction.
