1. What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?

The Loyalty Reward program is an exclusive loyalty program for staying guest to accrue and redeem points for Hotel reservations made at Dolphin Hotels Properties (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City). They can redeem their points for Redemption on Room Stays.

2. How does one enrol in the Loyalty Reward’s program?

To enrol, one needs to stay at any of the properties of Dolphin Hotels Limited (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City) and the Hotel Front desk would help you during the checking about enrolment process.

3. When will one receive login credentials to the Loyalty Program?

Yes, our hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available for easy access.

4. When will one earn points in the Loyalty membership account?

You will start earning points on completion of stay at any of Dolphin properties (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City). Post the successful check out of the guest, the points will start reflecting in your membership account linked with your initial registered mobile number.

5. What is the validity of the points earned?

The validity for the points earned are 1 year from the month of accrual.

6. What is the value of the points?

1 Point is equivalent to INR 1

7. How the points are calculated / earned

Guest will earn 3% of their total bill amount before GST as points.

8. What if you have not received your points?

If you have not received your points kindly inform to the Hotel Front desk staff within 48hrs along with a physical copy of the bill.

9. How can you redeem the Points?

Once guest earns a minimum of 1000 points he can redeem the same during checkout process.
You must provide your mobile number registered with loyalty programme and show the OTP at the property to redeem.

11. What are the terms and conditions?

Our Loyalty programmes operate under the terms and conditions as set out herein below unless otherwise expressly stated.

  • 'Member' means a natural person who is admitted as a member of the Loyalty Program Member Services.

  • 'Points' means the loyalty points earned or awarded for utilizing the services or facilities of Dolphin Hotels (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City).

  • 'Reward' is the benefit and/or service that a member can avail of through redemption of his/her points.

  • Membership and benefits of the Rewards program are offered at the sole discretion of Dolphin Hotels (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City).

  • Loyalty Program shall be applicable only at our Participating Hotels (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City).

  • Membership is open to individuals who are aged 18 years and above.

  • Enrolment onto Loyalty Program must be in the individual's full legal name and a government recognized proof of identification will need to be provided upon request.

  • All stays/vouchers upgrades are subject to availability.

  • The points will get expired if it’s not used for 12 months from the time of Enrolment.

  • Employees of Dolphin Hotels Limited and or its affiliates or subsidiaries and the employees of any joint ventures or company which owns and/or manages the aforesaid hotels (collectively 'Employees') are not eligible to enrol/participate in the Loyalty Program.

  • Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn points, on multiple accounts. If more than one membership account is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive Points for one membership account. Duplicate membership accounts will be cancelled.

  • All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and programme benefits shall be at the sole discretion of Dolphin Hotels (Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City).

  • No two offers cannot be clubbed.
